Blair Holliday

Physical Therapist, MSPT, CIDN, C/NDT, Pilates Instructor

Blair Holliday graduated from North Georgia College with a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy in 2006. She is certified in Pelvic Floor Therapy, trigger point dry needling, neurodevelopment treatment for adults with stroke, as well as Kinesio taping for extremities and spine. She began her career with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta on the comprehensive intensive rehabilitation unit. Since 2007, she has been involved with Shepherd Center of Atlanta working with patients throughout the rehab center. Starting in 2010, she began to study pilates and has incorporated this knowledge into her treatment plan in the outpatient physical therapy environment. Blair certifications from Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation have enhanced her skills to assess and manually treat the pelvis externally and internally. She helps people with pelvic pain, bowel and bladder incontinence, pelvic prolapse and pregnancy or postpartum related problems. She is also passionate about promoting health and wellness in the community, and offers private and class pilates using studio reformers. Her diverse work experience has advanced her skills in postural assessment, core stability training, gait analysis, and neuromuscular reeducation allowing her to effectively treat neck and back pain, SIJ dysfunction, and joint pain, as well as provide efficient post-surgical rehab. Blair is a mom of two and loves family beach and ski trips, training for triathlons and investing in meaningful friendships.

Brian Holliday

Physical Therapist, DPT, CIDN

Brian Holliday graduated from North Georgia College in 2008 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Brian has worked in various physical therapy settings and for several nationally recognized institutions including Shepherd Center and Emory healthcare. Brian has been working in the outpatient orthopedic arena since 2013. Brian has a special interest in orthopedic manual therapy and is pursuing his manual therapy certification. Brian is also trained in the use of dry needling for the resolution of myofascial pain. He believes that a therapist must be skilled in the use of his or her hands in order to resolve a client’s pain or dysfunction. Brian prides himself in the use of dynamic, stabilizing exercise instruction for improved performance of daily activities or sport-specific tasks. Brian grew up with a passion for sports, especially baseball and basketball. Brian played high school baseball in the middle Georgia area. Brian continues to pursue athletic endeavors, participating in regular, running, cycling, swimming, and training in the gym. Brian is an active member of North Point Community Church where he and his wife regularly work with elementary school children. Most of all, Brian enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Blair, and children, Owen and Emma.

 

Meghan Rud DPT

Physical Therapist, DPT, CIDN

Meghan Rud Physical Therapist, DPT, CIDN Meghan Rud graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Mercer University where she played D1 collegiate softball. She then went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Mercer University. Meghan’s background in athletics helped to grow into her love for physical therapy and helping people return to all hobbies and activities they enjoy. She enjoys promoting healing, encouraging growth, and improving the overall quality of life of patients with various orthopedic conditions for people of all ages. Meghan’s positive personality and love for others inspires her patients to never give up! Outside of work Meghan enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog Bishop, Crossfit, playing several recreational sports and coaching softball.

 

Natalie Jacobson

Physical Therapist, DPT, CIDN

Natalie graduated with a B.S in Psychology in 2017 and then with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. She has since dedicated her career to enhancing the quality of life of her patients through functional rehabilitation. Since 2020, Natalie has pursued advanced education in vestibular rehabilitation, spinal manipulation, and integrative dry needling. In addition, she has certifications from Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation to enhance her skills to assess and manually treat the pelvis externally and internally. She helps people with bowel and bladder incontinence, pelvic prolapse and pregnancy or postpartum related problems.
Natalie specializes in treating the general orthopedic population, as well as patients dealing with balance impairments, dizziness, vertigo and pelvic floor dysfunction. Her passion for functional rehabilitation drives her to create personalized treatment plans that empower individuals to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. When not in the clinic, Natalie enjoys running, cycling, gardening, going to local coffee shops, and spending time with her husband. She practices what she preaches, which is living a healthy, active lifestyle. 

 

Melissa Nowling

Client Care Specialist

Melissa is our client specialist. She will be the contact person to receive your information, verify insurance coverage and assist you with the scheduling process. Melissa is a college graduate with a BS in business management. Her top notch personal and customer service skills have been developed from three decades of experience in manufacturing, sales and retail. She is a proud mom of two twenty-somethings who loves spending time with them, as well as hiking, reading, going to movies, listening to music and gardening.
